It used to be that when they substituted their packaging for a 'designer' piece they would include an offer to have them send you the designer box and pouch when available... I guess they're not still making the offer, but would probably still do it if you call CS... I was pleased to see I got the Bixby packaging and the iolite ring is lovely.

the box thing is not a dealbreaker for me at this point because all of mine get recycled or donated immediately. i have a stash of other boxes and jewelry pouches that will work i fi am giving an item as a gift.

all three of my rings came packaged the same way.

Brown box and pouch here, too. This is my first Bixby purchase so I wasn't expecting anything great at a 99.00 price point. This was a new item, wasn't it? Not a return? So I'm surprised anyone got any special packaging. I've always thought her prices were too high, but at this price point I figured I needed one piece in my collection.

I got the brown Barbara Bixby box with fabric pouch. This is my first Bixby piece in several years, but they used to come in a velvet-y green box with rounded corners (although, I think the previous piece I got before this TSV, came in a brown Bixby box).

I've gotten Honora pieces in regular QVC boxes before, but most come in the Honora box.

Either way, it really doesn't matter to me because I plan to organize all of my jewelry sometime this year into on of those large floorstand Lori Grenier silver-safe jewelry keepers. The only benefit to the designer boxes to me in the meantime, is that it's easier to find pieces I'm looking for.

Mine came in a Barbara Bixby Box. And a pretty tapestry zipper pouch. I order all three TSV.I received two. And still waiting on the other one.

The tapestry pouch sounds very nice! The box isn't so important to me, but I'd like the nice pouch.

I got the QVC box and the blah bag.

Do share what all you bought. I waited until the morning and all of the TSV rings where GONE. I was wondering about the green stone ring (I cannot remember the name of the stone) that resembled the blue topaz vine ring looked like.

I received the TSV in the QVC generic box and pouch. Keeping the ring but I agree you should received the nice Bixby box vs the generic box.

I received a $350+ Bixby ring in a generic box. I was furious! I'm a big Bixby collector, what an insult. I didn't call CS I sent it back with a note of my disappointment. I purchased all three Jez rings all came in Bixby packaging.

I do Not care about Fancy pkging. What I want is a safe delivery of my pieces.

Mine came in the brown box & drawstring bag. Which, i think is fine. It always makes me think "how much am I being charged for this fancy box?"

I purchased the Garnet for my DIL as a gift which is why I wanted the Bixby packaging for sure. I called CS and supposedly they are going to see if the packaging is "available". Needless to say I'm not holding my breath. I say send them ALL out in the Bixby packaging or all out in the generic. I was perturbed since my friend got hers the same day as I did and got Bixby. I fail to see why if they ordered 17,000 rings why 17,000 sets of original packaging wasn't produced. DUH. Now that being said the ring itself is STUNNING! My friend got the Peridot and it's STUNNING! I'm on waitlist for that one for myself. I see that some people are taking stars off their reviews because of the packaging and that's a shame because the ring itself deserves 10 stars. The Q should have known but then I guess they really don't care.
