Bixby Garnet Ring

There are a bunch of the Bixby garnet ring which I believe was called the Juliet ring at some point over at the bay. From what I read, they were at TJMaxx recently. Always liked the looks of the ring. What is it like in person? Is it worth the money? What about sizing?
