Is anyone still waiting for their TSV Bixby ring to ship??

I called CS and it hasn't been even released to shipping yet?

CS says... don't worry... we have plenty of time ... it isn't supposed to arrive until the 10th.

Well yes, I am getting concerned since I placed the order 4 days ago?

This poor service takes the wind out my sail...{#emotions_dlg.thumbdown}

I wouldn't worry. My first one shipped out immediately, but the second one I ordered just shipped out tonight. Yours will ship out I bet tomorrow. Mine didn't ship by Smart Post either. Never even heard of that whatever that is.

I can't say for sure, but you might be better having a later shipped item. The later they ship, the more chance there is that yours will go UPS.

I'd rather have something shipped three days after I order it, via UPS, than three hours after I order it and have it go Smart Post (which really should be called Stupid Post). They load that tracking number for a Smart Post shipment, creating a tiny little black hole for you to peer down endlessly with no update. There is some statement that the parcel "arrived at shipping partner" then, generally, the tracking goes silent. So what? When in the world does it leave the shipping partner? I understand that SmartPost isn't the United States Mail, but why can't their systems interface with the shipping function at QVC so a customer knows approximately when their parcel will be delivered? No place I have ever shopped uses SmartPost as intensely as QVC does.

I woke on Sunday morning only to discover the rings sold out AT MIDNIGHT.

I wonder if a lot of people pre-ordered.

My neighbor and I decided to order our rings AFTER Sunday to read the reviews - the two posted are excellent. Enjoy those rings - I am ordering mine today.

I've never in years of ordering had a piece of jewelry from QVC sent by UPS. They always come straight USPS and get to me very fast.

When I used to order CP's line here on QVC, everything shipped from her factory in Albuquerque arrived via UPS.

I got my iolite and garnet TSV rings today, and they're going back. The beads on the side make it very painful to wear, and one edge of the garnet ring wasn't polished properly (oxidation left as is). I really should have known better as BB's rings are usually an issue for me. At least my jewelry purchase from Etsy was a winner.

I have received most of my new pieces and I love every one of them! My favorite is probably the 24" circle necklace in black pearls with the garnet double flower enhancer. I can wear the longer pearl strand as a necklace with the enhancer, and the shorter strand as a bracelet, and the set is stunning. I immediately went back and ordered a second necklace in the black pearl to have more versatility with the set (I want to be able to wear it long and still wear the bracelet).

I got the TSV in iolite and peridot. The original garnet version is my favorite of many Bixby rings I own, but I think the iolite may even top it. The stones are incredibly saturated and beautiful. The peridot is very nice as well.

Finally, I got the Star of David charm and it is beautiful.

I'm very impressed that there wasn't a dud in the bunch, and I think all of these pieces are going to become favorites.
