The shows were terrible. So repetitive. The fad items were a big turn off to me. I can scarcely believe that Big Bonanza Silver Day used to be so exciting. They had such a variety of beautiful items from different places, no names attached to many of them, and not much repetition. This is the last time I'm watching. I DVR'd the shows and fast forwarded through much of it, just to see if there would be anything new and exciting.

Who are these buyers? They are inept. Or the bottom line has become making a quick buck rather than buying beautiful items.

Don't forget the Encore shows, ladies. Just in case you missed the 12 times they showed each item with different hosts.

Oh and a host commented while showing a ring by Hagit that it was her only item presented for the entire day. That's a big part of their problem. There are many of Hagit's items that have never been presented. Such dumb marketing.

I remember when the prices were great and they had tons of new pieces, I would take the day off and really get a lot for my money, the last 3 years I just skim through the items and nothing grabs me and I don't watch any of it. I hope those that something caught their eye, they love and enjoy for years to come.

After looking through the previously aired items to see what was presented, I ended-up buying the pink sapphire ring. I had been admiring that ring since I saw it on Gem Day, and the price is much better now. I've had it on my wish list, and it's been $184.00 since Gem Day (when it was $140ish (don't remember what it was exactly, but I'm pretty sure it was in the $140's). I regretted not having purchased it on Gem Day, but I had bought two other rings that day.

Now I'm so glad I didn't buy it then, because it's $104.16 for the Big Bonanza Silver event!

I had previously been looking at few pairs of earrings and a different ring, but I couldn't pass-up the $80 savings on the pink sapphire ring.

waterbaby - I hope you like your bracelet, and I'm interested in what the reviews will be like. It's on my wish list.

I got the panther head silver riccio bracelet. Sister , said it was a horror ! hahahaha Me and Antonella liked it though.
