Beware of Shorted Refunds

I purchased two of the same item in the same order and returned them together, paying my own return postage. I just got two separate emails, showing each item was returned separately and one of them was $6.95 less than the cost of the item. This is not the first time that this has happened. Check your receipts. {#emotions_dlg.thumbdown}
