Best J. Ripka earrings

One thing I lack is earrings to go with my Ripka necklaces. What I am looking for is the most versatile, comfortable and favorite Ripka earrings for every day. Must be silver and cz not a color. I like hoops and dangles do not like "button" style earrings much. Pls advise. Can be retired as I can look for them on the bay.
