Years ago. When Jayne first started, I bought a Diamonique and garnet ring on QVC. It may have been my first purchase. It was so pretty, three garnets, four Diamonique. I loved that ring! Then years later my daughter borrowed it and it was lost. I have bought other garnet since then but none them was as pretty or comfortable to wear as that one. Yes I still miss it.

So sorry! I can related. I purchased a gorgeous ring with a princess cut center stone surrounded by a few small ones and wore it every day. If I had $1 for every compliment I received on it, I'd be RICH!!

Then, one day, I accidentally hit the ring on the filing cabinet in my garage, and poof! That center stone was knocked out, and I never could find it (OK, my garage is a mess). You know how the Q guarantees their stone mountings and will replace/repair? Well....that's only if you have know the item # and/or have your paperwork; of course after owning that ring a few yrs, I didn't.

I didn't trust the Q enough for me to return the mounting to them ... so it's just in my jewelry box. I still miss wearing it.

Does that ring say DQ CZ inside? Then hey would know its their ring. The only problem is they just might send you something similar rather than replace that stone. I have sent an item back without a number and they found it OK. But that was five years ago.
