BB Leaf Ring?

Hi,

I have a question about BB Leaf ring, I don't have the item number, but it was one of the first leave rings she offered. It was citrine, topaz, emerald and she said it was based on her engagement ring in diamond. I think I lost the gold on 2 of the leaves, one on each side. Can any of you ladies, confirm to me if, all the leaves were gold because I didn't noticed this happened until recently since I wear it everyday.
