BAD SITUATION GOOD CS OUTCOME

ok so i preordered the tsv bracelet some weeks ago and it shipped on the 12th. i haven't rec'd it yet. i have however rec'd 3 packages that shipped after the 12th. so i called CS to explain to them i fear my bracelet is lost in the mail, and it will prolly sell out, and that there are charms i would like to purchase, but not for a bracelet i can't have. she said if i haven't gotten it by the 25th then they will replace or refund, but for me to order the bracelet at midnight on check hold to give myself the rest of the waiting time then if i don't get it i can switch over to a credit card. i was just thinking too much to figure that out. so i have already ordered the book and the textured stoppers. Smiley Happy
