Assistance again with a JR piece

I own the JR pearl necklace that has the magnetic ends that an amethest cross (it was a good size cross) attached to the ends. I think it was a TSV many years ago. Do you ladies know if there were other enhancers offered that would attach to the pearl necklace? I remember asking a host the question (a long time ago) and never got a response. I would like to find other enhancers that i could wear with the necklace. Any info would be appreciated!
