Does anyone recognize these two rings as Judith Ripka or perhaps own them? I always thought they were JR because I seem to remember her early pieces using marcasite. They’ve been in my Mom’s collection for at least 19 years. When I list things for sale for her I like to give as much information as possible and, unfortunately, we no longer have the packing slips that came with them. The first one is approx. 3 carats of semi precious gemstones and the second one is mother of pearl.
Thanks for taking a look!

I would say no. Not sure who they belong to but does not look anything like I have seen her do. I only own two of her rings but she does have a unique style. The top one does look familiar but I cannot place it. Good luck.

In my opinion I would say no. They look like marcasite pieces. Perhaps Judith Jack and not Judith Ripka? They look like nice and substantial pieces too.

@SuzanneInSD I do not think they are Ripka rings. They could be Judith Jack as @nova has already posted.

@SuzanneInSD Do you or your Mom know the Judith Jack Collection? This was a wife/husband team who had really fabulous marc jewelry offerings here year ago. I have some of their pieces still in my collection from years gone by here.
OOPS!!! sorry, I didn't even see the other 2 posts here on this line. There was another line that came here with marc jewelry I can't recall the name though.

They don't look like Ripka to me. If they were hers, they should have her hallmark inside.

Hi @SuzanneInSD, I agree with the other posters that believe that you are thinking about the Judith Jack collection that used to be sold in QVC and retail (still is at retail). I have watched Ripka from the beginning and have never seen her use marcasite. She used diamonique. All Judith Jack pieces were engraved with their halmark, 2 js each one in adjacent triangles that look like a sideways diamond shape. If you google it, you can see the halmark and see if your pieces have them. I used to purchase Judith Jack and these to my eye don't look like their pieces, but the hallmark would be the best evidence.

Judith Ripka's pieces are usually stamped with her name inside.
I am not familiar with Judith Jack, but QVC did have a marcasite line - Suspicion. Those are really pretty rings.

Thanks, Nova. They are nice pieces. I remember Judith Jack. I'll have to do some googling.
Thanks for your feedback!
