Am I missing something with this?

SNBC has this bracelet on sale for $149, free s&h, till the end of the weekend:

Am I missing something? This looks like the buy of the year to me, with silver prices being what they are. This same weekend, HSN is cycling Studio Barse almost nonstop, and they have gone almost exclusively to silver clad bronze pieces for pretty much the same amount as this sterling silver piece. This seems too good to be true (which usually means it is). Can anyone tell what I'm missing?
