[I am still oxox]

I ordered and returned a bracelet in Mid May. I returned it using their label supplied to me. I have tried to reach out to  them several times via e mail and their published Customer Service number is not working I am no longer sure of their credibility. They used to be a great company to deal with but it seems they have gone downhill.

@Mz iMac Flash in TV I know nothing about a commeical I used 1800 - 725-7822 which is on their website. I will try the one you have listed and let you know

@Mz iMac That is QVCs number this purchase was made though the Alex and Ani website. I purchased my bracelet directly from them

Did you take a photo of the return label and track the progress of the delivery?

When I return items, I always try to monitor the process.

Sometimes items can get lost or damaged!

I have always thought of Alex & Ani as a popular fashion jewelry line--they were sold everywhere.

The original owner, Carolyn Rafaelian, made a lot of money, and bought a historic mansion up in Newport. I was glad that I was able to tour the mansion before she bought it and made renovations. 

However, she defaulted on a company bank loan, and A & A fired her in 2020, then the company filed for bankrupty in 2021. It still operates, but probably not at the same level. 

Hopefully you did not spend a lot of money on the item if you cannot get in touch with anyone.

@FancyPhillyshopper I have the tracking number and the bracelet was somewhere around 70 dollars. I wrote to their "customer service" lets see if I get a response. They used to be a great company I have an armful of their original bangles

Did you use a CC for the purchase?

If you have had no resolution from the company,

I would dispute the original charge w/ my credit card company.

@RespectLife Thank you apparently my e mail greased the wheel so to speak. The return was received 6 weeks ago and the refund just issued yesterday. The company has really gone way down hill
