Affinity watch needs replacement part--who to contact?

Ok, how I managed to lose the back to my Affinity watch is a mystery to me, but I noticed my watch not feeling right, took it off to look at it and was flabbergasted to see the casing back was missing! This is the diamond watch with the blue hour, minute & second hand, with a black leather strap. Really love this watch, and they don't sell it anymore. Does anyone know who I can contact, to try to get a replacement part? *fingers crossed*
