Thanks for your help.  I did get someone to help.  My warranty card had another address.  Customer service should be better trained to help with this rather than giving customers wrong info.

Hi @Pat from VA, I am so sorry that you have had an issue with your watch.   Affinity is owned by QVC and is exclusive to us.   There is a

• 3-year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty

on all Affinity Watches.  Did you get a warranty card with the watch?   This should have the information.  I have reached out to the buyer for details.  I will respond again once I have more details.  Thanks, Peyton
