Does anyone know how to get in touch with Affinity in order to find out about a warranty?  I have contacted QVC customer service, sent email with no reply, and searched web to no avail.  I think QVC owns it, but no one will admit it.  Have watch I sent for repair under warranty, and came back "no such address".

QVC definitely owns Affinity Diamonds, it is frequently

cited as its own brand. I would contact Peyton Kelly, and QVC CEO.

I once wrote to the CEO re George Simonton's disappearance from QVC and received a callback from his secty. Sorry I don't still have contact info.

@Pat from VA

We are very sorry for any inconvenience on your Affinity item. Unfortunately, Affinity is not exclusive to QVC nor owned by QVC.

Affinity does not offer a manufcture warranty or repair service.

If you require further assistance forward your Affinity order information to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com.

Thank you,

Warranties on watches usually apply to the movement of the watch only.  They do not cover the case, bracelet, watch crystal, or any gemstones.

So if you are having a problem with the watch movement,  then check to see if that has a warranty.   As for the rest of the watch,  depending upon the problem,  you are probably going to have to take it to a local jeweler.  Sometimes, a watch manufacturer will fix things other than the movement,  but at your expense.   It depends on the company.

Please describe the problem you are having so maybe someone can give you some ideas.

They do offer warranties on their more expensive watches.  Or at least they claim to.  My attorney suggested contacting better business bureau if I don't get an answer soon.

Pat:  after the holiday,  call QVC CS again.  You will get someone different than before.  Ask about the warranty of the watch and be sure they understand you are not talking about the jewelry or diamonds.  It's possible your question wasn't properly understood or the person you spoke with just heard Affinity and said no warranty on Affinity.

If necessary, ask to talk with a supervisor.   All you are asking for is the proper address and contact information for the warranty on the watch movement.

I don't know how long you have owned the watch,  but be aware that watch warranties are often only a year.

Hi @Pat from VA, I am so sorry that you have had an issue with your watch.   Affinity is owned by QVC and is exclusive to us.   There is a

  • 3-year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty

on all Affinity Watches.  Did you get a warranty card with the watch?   This should have the information.  I have reached out to the buyer for details.  I will respond again once I have more details.  Thanks, Peyton

Hi @Pat from VA, Here is a copy of the Affinity Watch Warranty Card.  The correct address is noted.  Please let me know if this helps.  There is a separate photo of the service address just in case the card is hard to read. Affinity Watch Warranty Card.pngAffinity Watch Service.png

@Peyton_Kelley:

New topic on Affinity, but was delighted to see Peyton's prompt reply, so thought I'd let you know, Peyton, how utterly charming and well-made your heart lariat is. Wear it constantly. Makes people smile.Screen Shot 2016-12-31 at 9.27.59 AM.png

People who NEVER comment on jewelry admire it.

Thanks for bringing such original, modern, whimsical jewelry (in diamons!) to the Q.
