Affinity diamonds

Has anyone had a problem with Affinity diamonds? I purchased a beautiful champagne diamond ring and one of the small white diamonds fell out. When I inquired about replacing the diamond, QVC said that Affinity Diamonds could not do that and I should take it to my jeweler. I was disappointed that Affinity Diamonds does not offer a service to fix their jewelry. I hesitate to buy any other Affinity diamonds.
