Their pricing seems outrageous on some things - for gold plated and very little diamond/gemstone presence.  A few things lately caught my eye - a diamond cross and last night a wave ring.  But with carat weight under 15 points I can't imagine what they'd look like - could you even see the stones.

@FranandZoe   I believe you'd see the stones, but the real value of most jewelry comes from the metal settings.  I have a piece of Affinity from years ago.  The diamonds are tiny but they still sparkle.  Sad to say, I doubt I'd get back what I paid for the ring years ago.

My opinion is based on what I've been able to sell and what I had to carry back home to continue wearing.

Would never buy diamonds from TV. I treated myself to a diamond cross pendant

several years ago. Went to two different jewelry stores before I made my choice.

That ring from last night is actually 75 points - my mistake.

The rule of thumb is that the metal it's placed in, is the most expensive part of the jewelry.

Never been impressed with any of their designs.

I know people buy diamonds online all the time based upon cut and grading, and they are very happy with what they buy, but I could never do that. Went shopping for studs years ago, and there was such a huge difference in intensity and sparkle in what I saw in the stores. Even among teeny-tiny earrings. Definitely something I would feel more comfortable evaluating in person.

@millieshops  I too have an Affinity piece (ring) from over 10 years ago. I was offered half of what I paid, so yes, it came back home with me.

There's always a lot to be thankful for if you take time to look for it.
For example, I am sitting here thinking how nice it is that wrinkles don't hurt.

Purchased affinity diamond in gold on 12 month plan for over $500. Six months later stone fell out- no recourse or replacement offered. Stuck with ring still paying on and can't wear- what a rip offf!
