Advice needed on JR Heart charm

I purchased on the bay a heart charm. When I received the item I was quite surprised to see that is was so small....my fault...I did not read the size, how stupid of me! Now I don't know what to do with it. I have several pieces of JR Jewelry, including two different necklaces. One high polished and one polished and textured but the charm does not fit either necklace. How am I supposed to wear the heart? I learned a good lesson, read the description carefully. There are no returns on this item. Thanks for any advice!
