In the past, I have purchased two different diamonique adjustable bracelets. The dangling chain on each one broke during normal wear..
Has anyone else found this to be a problem? I'd like to get a different one, but this issue is stopping me. I wanted to hear if it was a more universal problem or not. Thanks.

@Rachb, I don't find them uncomfortable at all. I wanted to buy a couple of Designs of the Month as gifts, but hesitate because of my experience with breaking. Breaking the first time, I figured I just got a lemon, but breaking twice.....I don't know. I'm not particularly hard on my jewelry either.

I have been tempted by a certain DMQ tennis bracelet with the adjustable pull thingy. My concern was that since I'd have to tighten it all the way, the dangle part would be too long drag through everything.

I would imagine the dangling chain with ball would get caught in things...I had a toggle closure bracelet which I found a bit difficult to put on, but no problem with it becoming undone on its own and losing it!

@faeriemoon, I bought two of those -- a very dainty adjustable tennis bracelet where the chain broke on the dangle after a couple of weeks, then I decided to go with the more expensive one with larger stones and that dangle broke too.
My actual wrist measurement is 6 3/4" and I like my bracelets at 7 or 7 1/4", depending on the style. The dangles were not too long for me if that helps.

@SaRina Thank you for that information on the length. I'll go back and read the reviews on the bracelet I liked to see how well it has held up for most people. My wrist is a bit smaller than yours, but probably not small enough to make a big difference. Again, thank you for taking the time to post your experience. ![]()
