AW Sterling Turquoise/Picture Jasper Necklace

I just received my Turquoise/Picture Jasper necklace and it is beautiful. I tried it on and when I looked in the mirror, the bottom row of beads on the left side was draping lower than the right side. I took it off and made sure it was straightened out and tried it on again, same thing. I counted the beads coming off the pendant on the left side and there were 49 beads; counted the right side and there were only 46. The beads are small so I didn't think it would make such a noticeable difference, but it does enough to bother me. I'm going to return it and get a replacement and hopefully it will be different. Did any of you girls buy this necklace and, if so, did you have this problem? I haven't seen anything on the forum about this (unless I missed it). TIA
