I received a wonderful response from Brian Ripka assuring me that they are taking our issues very seriously and that they have taken steps to address these issues with executives at QVC and hope that QVC handles things quickly and effectively. That they are a family business, do care about their customers, and will stay on top of things. I am hopeful.
It is ironic that on the day I hear from him, two pairs of earrings I received were damaged refunds. Both pairs of earrings had the wires bent from someone trying to adjust them to make them hang differently on their ears. They arrived without any packaging, just thrown in the pouches, they had finger prints all over them and they are going back. I will be calling the corporate office to inform them of the condition of the earrings and that I expect brand new earrings and a refund of my postage, if not Mr.Ripka will be hearing from me again.
Also, pardon some of my keying errors, the damp weather here in Mass is wreaking havoc on the arthritis and the fingers aren't cooperating so good. Gosh, I'm so looking forward to the warm weather and have had enough of cabin fever.
