ATLANTA RIPKANISTAS

Just got to wondering if any of you were fans of the late, great Robert Shaw while he was with the Atlanta Symphony. I had the opportunity to sing under his direction while he was with the Cleveland Symphony.

Today as I puttered in my kitchen preparing things for Easter brunch, I had Robert Shaw and Atlanta playing in the background. Prompted me to think of you all and wonder if I had a kindred spirits there who got decked out in her Ripka to go hear that marvelous man make music like non other...a major inspiration for me!!
