A cautionary tale...

I just received a pair of JR's TQ/White Sapphire earrings from Bloomingdales. One of the backings is completely loose, very obviously defective. I called customer service and for some reason was disconnected (probably because they're based in the Philipines.) Last time I order jewelry from them. Awful.
