14K Gold Rope Necklace 1.9 g,

I just purchased a 16 inch 14 K gold rope necklace, 1.9G. It is a beautiful rope chain. I have bought great gold in the past from the Q. However, I wondered what was going on when it was so tight? My neck doesn't gain weight! I measured it, from tip of clasp to the other tip, It was 15 1/2 inches!! This is so bad! Where is quality control!!? Everyone, especially you ladies that buy longer legnths and may not notice,MEASURE IT!! I hope this is a fluke. Either QVC got ripped off by the vender, or they are purposely ripping off customers.Still, why wasn't this caught by quality control! I always bought my gold here, but BUYER BEWARE! I wrote a review on it,but don't know if they will print it.
