changes in long standing products

Is it just me???  For some time I have have noticed some of the products are noit the same quality they once were....BUT, the prices have increased.  Some of the "big" name products, especially in clothing!

For many, many years, I bought clothes from QVC, good quality, good fit, and were more appropiate for my age, not old, but not a teen.

Now, I see items so OVER PRICED, and not quite worth the price.  Don't need necessarily a name brand item for a throw or a scent.

Many of us, the buyers are not youngsters, not following so called "influencers".  We know what we like and want, and for many years QVC gave us that, BUT recently, the Q has been lacking.

I sure hope that finances with the bankruptcy gets straighten out, and helps out the consumers.  I have felt a bit lost and upside down since learning of the troubles.

The quality of most products at QVC and everywhere has deteriorated in the last 10 to 20 years.

I absolutely do not follow so-called influencers.

I don't Tik, I don't Tok, I don't do FB or any other social media platform except for these boards.

I still buy my 99% of my clothes at Q.  Due to size changes, I have purchased a LOT these last 2 yrs.

I still find them to be excellent quality, I don't like one season throw-a-ways.

Prices are up everywhere.

Been going on for a long time, not just here.

I still remember when Susan got rid of luster knit and switched to liquid knit.

Quality is declining but I wonder if it is due to customer demands for cheaper prices.  We can't have it both ways, in many cases lower prices means lower quality. This goes beyond fashion to decor, appliances and so forth. We just bought a new refrigerator, the quality of the machine is horrible even though it was hundreds more than the last one we bought just 5 years ago.

First (for me), I don't wear all that polyester no matter what cutsie name it's given. It doesn't breathe and I end up way too hot. I also don't need so much spandex in my clothes.

I shop elsewhere for clothes. There are real promo codes and free shipping and returns.

Today I received a 40% off code from Kohl's, 30% off at Macy's, and a 50% off code from Lands End. They and other retailers offer free shipping or free shipping with a $50 purchase.

Purity is my complaint.  I used for years..about 2 years ago they improved its formula..not the same.  Don't use it any more..gave it away..No creamy more watery..

So disappointing in spending the $80..Now I am using Native coconut face wash..very nice and creamy..
