I love the ability to narrow down my searches and always do with no problem usually.

But lately, if I try to choose a color of an item, I get an "Oops" message.

This has been over many types of items, so I'm wondering what is going on!

Well in the past I never had any luck when searching for items based on color on the QVC site! 

Wouldn't you know...just now as an experiment, I entered "pink tops" and ended up with a nice selection to choose from!

Wonder if your search will work for you now?

I get the either the Oops! or the non-stop swirling circle.

I should have been more clear, but I meant I have the trouble when I'm already shopping a brand and within that brand searching for their items in a particular color, I get the Oops! message.  Not just one brand, either.

Makes for a longer shopping experience, I guess!  LoL

I don't blame you because I remembered that happening to me. 

It is frustrating‼️

It seems like insent a request at least once to the QVC mods address here but nothing seemed to change. 🙄
