@BirkiLadyQVC reps are not trained in helping with computer technical issues. They shouldn't have been rude and hung up on you, but they wouldn't be able to help you. It sounds like need to ask a family member or friend who is computer savvy or to contact someone like the Geek Squad to assist you. Best Wishes!

@BirkiLady, I imagine you're very frustrated, but it seems to me like the problem with the sound may be with your computer. When you open the screen to watch are you certain the mute button (it's on the top right of the screen on my tablet) isn't set to mute and the volume is turned up?
Is the sound working if you stream a movie or play music on your computer?
Is your computer's operating system up to date with the latest most recent updates? If you're using the app does that need updated? Not having things updated can affect how some websites and apps respond.
If you are only using the website, have you tried downloading the app? You may have better luck seeing your account that way.

Birkilady - sounds like an issue with your computer. Call the tech help line of
manufacturer of your computer.
