Could someone help me with sound, issues on the Board which have been
misused but never fixed correctly in several months and perhaps more? I need the use of QVC or I'm going to call it quits if I can't get anyone to help me (and so far, QVC won't help) so I'm asking people with knowledge on the Forum!
Let's TALK about these issues please. I don't believe anything is a big deal. Each one just annoys me and QVC would not help for many months.

@BirkiLady would you be talking about the s sound issues on videos with products. I ahave noticed many don't play. Is that it?

Among several issues, I have been unable to hear the sound system of QVC's programs. It doesn't do much good without the communication of the hosts, but QVC has decided to hang up when I ask about that (repeatedly, I might add).
Future shopping depends upon a workable site from which to begin buying items from again as in several months ago. I don't know if my former purchases still show up. QVC won't update anything in order for me to know! I've never been late with payments or an issue as a customer.
Have no idea why things are so mixed up and I can't simply adjust them other than time is not my alley.
I've been busy moving!

I am in and out and may be out for about a week, so I may not be able to help you, but I do see some issues that I think need further clarification and others may need more info to help as well.
Do you not hear the sound on the TV or your computer (or other device)? Or all? If on the computer is it while watching all videos of products or live programming, etc?
The next issue I see is you say you need a workable site to begin buying again and don't know if your former purchases will show up......Can you get into your account and see "Order Status" that's where I see all my old purchases......
Maybe, I'm being useless here! But trying to help get you help from others on this forum who are more helpful than I
.....Also, have you tried messaging Customer Care in this forum? They are really helpful.

Thanks for replying. I'll try to answer your questions in order. I'm able to watch the shows, but don't have any voice(s) of host(s) or quests. It makes the shows rather flat without any verbage!
QVC simply hangs up on my phone calls for help. I'm furious right now for their ineptness and refusal to help a customer, but after several attempts (four I believe, over several months) I'm hesitant to try again. Perhaps they have been treating other customers as I have been neglected (for much, much longer and in much worse situations since I have been busy with other things). QVC should never fail to listen and address their customers opinions, as well as pleas for help immediately! If they do, QVC deserves to fall to ruins IMHO for ignoring those people who have helped them for decades. A company can't turn their back on the people who have supported them since the beginning!
This problem only exists on my computer, which i use 95% of the time due to eye problems. I am able to see and hear programs on the TV, but my eyes have a problem with that. Therefore, I don't watch the TV unless absolutely necessary (for news).
Former purchases, my account, my history with QVC is all unable to access from my computer. I have no idea about anything! Or why! Yet QVC won't help me see or fix my own sites (which I've had for decades without any problems). Either no one knows how or they aren't letting anybody onto those sites any longer. IDK. But I need my own information which I've worked to put there!
You suggest Customer Care. I was a former person who often suggested the same thing.
I sincerely hope no one ever was treated as I have been by QVC's Customer Care the many times I made that suggestion to people I knew and those I did not. I apologize to anyone who was treated unfairly or rudely hung up on. Now that it has happened to me, I apologize to everyone who may have been at their bitter end of a call.
