Hello my QVC fam,  
 
As we head into the holiday season — the parties, the planning, the presents, the people — I want to remind you of something I’ve had to learn the hard way: you have to put on your *own* oxygen mask first. We give so much of ourselves during this time of year, and sometimes we forget that we can’t pour from an empty cup. 
 
So this week, I want us to make a little pact. Before the to-do lists, before the running around, before the “Mom, where’s my…?” moments — take a breath. Even just ten quiet minutes for *you*. It’s amazing how different the whole season feels when you start from a place of calm and care.
