wreath hangers?

Finally moving into our new place and I want to put door swags on 2 doors. It gets down to -20 degrees here so not sure 3M stick on hook would hold up. Thought over the door hangers would work but all I've seen so far are clear plastic. Anyone seen a fancier one or have a different idea?
