I have also made this.

Stupid question here ladies, but does this work for mirrors as well?  I feel like it would leave residue because of the liquid soap.

I do use on my bathroom mirrors as they seem the hardest to clean from hair products and steam, etc.  I do wipe after with a damp super cloth or sometimes with the Invisible Glass wiped off with a damp super cloth.   I do not use even a 1/2 tsp of Dawn in the mix though only a few drops.

Super Cloths that were bought here.  I have used them for years because the are the best, IMO, for windows.   Wet with only water, wring well and clean away. FANTASTIC!!!
