Re: shabby-chic deck designs

Yes I like it but for me I would have to have more color.

Cozy, comfortable and warm look, I love it.  I could easily hang out in that area relaxing, resting or reading a book which I enjoy.  The view looks peaceful and lovely.  What an appealing space!!!!!

Re: shabby-chic deck designs

Assuming this is a screened in area of the deck.   If I had that I would live out there until late fall.  I had a screened in porch in my last house and now live in a townhouse.......just a deck, no screened in area Smiley Sad    I think I miss that the most!   I think it's lovely and I agree, I would add a bit of color to the furniture, most likely the pillows.  Pretty view.

@lil sophie I love it but would need furniture in a medium or light shade of blue or a pretty green. The room decor needs some color but the furniture itself looks VERY comfy and comfy is a big deal for me!

I like that it's a screened in porch but I'd like to take the space and start from scratch.

Re: shabby-chic deck designs

Its a beautiful, appealing space but could the colors be any more drab?  That is in itself a huge turn-off.  I don't understand why people would take a relaxing, fun space and use such awful colors.

Re: shabby-chic deck designs

Just let me lay there and sleep.

I don't need yellow or orange pillows or blue or green.  I just need the soft brown colors of relaxation.  ZZZZZ.

Thanks.

Color, and some furniture tweeks, would transform that porch.
