I am sorry you had this experience. I have many pieces Judith Ripka jewelry and wear them constantly. I have never lost a stone.

I wouldn't try a second piece from JR's line. When she went to fake diamonds I lost all interest in her line. Go to a GOOD local jewelry store in your area.

I have a JR bracelet & necklace that I wear often, & have never had a problem.

I loved her jewelry when she was the designer.,..I liked the tone, craftsmanship, and use of authentic stones (instead now a lot of dmq). I have a lot of her original designs ...has a more artisan quality with real precious and semi-precious stones.. If you love the jewelry currently presented by Ripka, enjoy! If stones fell out of a ring when you just bought it, I'd return as defective.

It's shopping channel jewelry and over priced for what it is.
