I don't mind doing the laundry. I use Nellie's laundry soda. It's amazing how your clothes feel without having any detergent or residue on them. So glad I found it. I highly recommend it.

Morning, @Pooky1 - I enjoy doing laundry.  I look for things to wash, in fact.  I got a new W/D set last year and it makes the whole thing even better.  I think I like laundry better since I live in a house with the laundry room by the kitchen.  Used to be in the basement and that was kind of a drag.  I can't even imagine the apartment days, when the coin operated machines were in another building, and people used to steal dryer time!

I do love putting clothes out to dry, too, when the weather is right.  And the first time I run the dryer for that day, I check the outside exit for the vent to make sure it is clear.

@coconut1818, I like Mrs. Meyers Clean Day laundry detergent.  They have a nice website if you want to learn about them.  My local grocer carries it, but I sometimes order on line because the selection is better.

we have been using all frree n clear for years. works great and is much cheaper than tide. my grandmother allways used all.

I also use All free and clear. Other laundry product I like are 20 mule team Borax and Fels Naptha Laundry Soap Bar & Stain Remover. I do not care for the scent of Fels Naptha but it does a great job removing stains.

It's always nice to have clean clothes, but don't know if I find it enjoyable.  I do know lots of people who enjoy ironing - they say it relaxes them.

I like putting it in, turning the knob, and thats about it, Then I would like to call the butler to take out and fold!

I use the least expensive laundry detergent I can find-its called Sun and is clear.

Speaking of laundry, I used to hate emptying the clean dishwasher. We didn't always have one and I didn't like drying either. But I decided to make a game of it and see how fast I could put them away, without chipping or breaking. Now I almost like it and will do it when I go to any of my family's house. I hate when they are just sitting there cause no one wants to empty it and leaves it for anyone else, so I do it. Then when we need to put all those dirty dishes somewhere- we have a nice empty dishwasher to put them in!

Its soothing and yes a great feeling of accomplishment

it doesn't take much to make me happy lol!

Thats what we use also. All Mighty Pacs Free & Clear. And on larger loads, I also add a Tide Boost pac, free and clear also. 

The Tide Boost Pacs are hard to find now. I've given up locally and buy them from Amazon.

I love laundry too!! My family thinks I'm a freak.  I find things to wash all the time.   I have a part time job at a salon/spa and I get to wash towels and sheets all day.  My favorite detergent is Arm & Hammer.  It is such a nice clean scent.  Gotta go now and wash a few blankets.
