I hate laundry, I hate dusting, I hate cleaning, but I'm a clean freak so I have to continue on. Just finished washing mattress pad, sheerts, blanket. It only took half the day.

Nothing better than fresh, clean sheets that have been outside all day!  And what makes them even better is taking a hot shower or pampering bath before crawling into those sheets!  Ahhh!  :-)

I understand what you mean about that sense of calm in having a clean house.  In fact, whenever I'm really upset about something I find myself cleaning like a crazy.  I guess it's my way of trying to create peace and calm out of the madness.

Before I had a self cleaning oven, I used to take out my aggressions on my oven.

Now it's my floors.  LOL

I take out my stress by weeding.  Fortunately(?) I have a never ending supply.

I love doing laundry! I really like most all housework.

I find it very satisfying to clean, arrange and care for the things we work so hard to have. I feel a sense of duty to honor the things we have been blessed with ( a home, nice furnishings, a decent car etc.) by taking good care of them, and I enjoy the process of doing so.

I know! Laundry is the ONLY household chore that I don't mind and even enjoy!  The rest ---- forget it!  I hate cleaning --- especially dusting!!!
