any one listen to joy magnano on hsn last night when the caller called in and said the forever sticks she sells made a mark on her table. and the host said i don't know what happened to the call(the caller was immediatel gone) then the host says transfer her to customer service. And the picture was lost then another picture went up and what a mess. All the host had to do was say sorry you are having a problem we will get you to customer service to take care of you. As a matter of fact most reed diffusers and potpouri sachets are or have oil base and will ruin your finish or stain on a dresser or finished wood table. whoops it is perfectly normal. But why did they severe a call so severely. wow.
