instant window treatment

I saw a presentation of a product not too long ago that was a cornice board that you could instantly redesign your windows. It was easy and you could tuck the material in the product and the presentation showed many ways to use. You didnt have to sew anything and they suggested you could change out with the seasons or holidays. I cannot find this product on the QVC website. I looked in what i thought would be the logical place to look and then some... and I called QVC and the rep could not find either. I am beginning to think I dreamed it! Does anyone know about this product? Any info would help.
