futons---pro/con

I posted on the wrong thread yesterday so didn't get many responses. I am thinking of buying a futon to double as my couch and occasional visitor bed. I saw one at Slumberland that looked good and had an innerspring mattress. I remember the old models as not being so good but does anyone have a more current model that they like/dislike? Opinions please-- and thanks!!
