Do you mean custom made as in their design service? Sorry I can't help with that, but I just ordered almost 800 dollars worth of ready made. I wouldn't have done that if I wasn't sure. I think they give good value so if I had not found the ready made, I would have used their design service.

I ordered two different sets of custom made 5 years ago and bought 1 set already made. The curtains are holding up very well the permanent and one set were easy to install. The second set was a bear because they were for my sliding glass door. Impossible for me to do by myself but between me and the handyman we were able to install them. I am debating whet here to buy a set for the last bedroom that needs to be done. You can't go,writing with JCP.

I have on several occasions over the years and everything came out great.

Our most recent purchase was made in November. We had planned to make the purchase in October, but the salesperson told us that they were having a really good sale during Thanksgiving weekend, which would allow us to save 45%! Needless to say we waited a month to place the order and were glad of the savings.

This time we ordered an 83" wide honeycomb blackout shade for the master bedroom. This was a new type of window covering for us and being that it was huge, I was concerned about its weight, but all was good. I simply LOVE this honeycomb shade.
