I know that every year, some of us are on the hunt for Bayberry candles (tapers) for the holidays. I was on Yankee Candle's website the other day and they were showing already sold out.

I stopped by a Yankee Candle store today and they had a few boxes of tapers (two per box) left for $7.99/box. The sales associate said they had gotten in very few this year. I bought three boxes, the only other customer in the store bought two and the sales associate put a box aside for herself. And then there were none.

So, if you're in the market for bayberry tapers, you might try Yankee Candle if you're by a store. I'm planning on giving a box to each of the two neighbors by us. They had the legend of the burning of the bayberry candle on the box.
