I imagine both Lowe's and Home Depot would be happy to fix you up with both a heater and installation.

I bought a small room heater at WalMart for around $14.  It warms up my bathroom in no time.  My central unit went out two summers ago, but I didn't have time or money to do another one, so I opted for two window units, so no heat.  I got two radiator style heaters and two small room heaters for my bathrooms.  I have only turned them on a few times this winter in south Georgia.  Those last few cold snaps that brought snow to the south and blizzards to the NE, were nice and warm with just those few heaters in my 1900 sq. ft. house.  I live alone, so I just closed the rooms that I don't needs to heat, but those are only the bed rooms as the rest of the house is open from room to room.  I also wear clothes that are snuggly, but other than that I was perfect, especially taking my baths in my small bathroom so the heat and steam can build up.  THe heater worked wonders on it considering I had to raise my water heater temp to compensate for the super cold well water I have this time of year.  With the room so warm, the water stayed nice and hot.  So relaxing.

I place my heater on the floor since hot air rises and most baths are not build with the electrical outlets close to the tub.  Usually they are located by the wash basins/counters.  Today they are standard, and will not pass code, if they are not GFIC so the circut is broken if an electrical appliance gets wet let alone tossed in.  You may feel a slight tingle before the circut breaks, but that is just a sec or less, but will be fine, though it does scare the pants off you!

Installed space heaters are banned in many states because of the fire hazard.

I  have a Broan heater installed as a toe kick heater and I love it.
