I have 2 cousins, sisters in their 70's, who both never married. They still live in the home where they were born & raised. Their Mother also lived there her whole life. Her grandparents built it after WW1 and the family has continuously occupied it ever since. They have a niece who will inherit it and says she will immediately move in to assure it's kept in the family. Right now it needs some money put into it, the niece's husband is an engineer so I'm thinking they can afford to restore it.

We're in a 2 bedroom condo.  The whole condo is just what I want now.  All my life I wanted modern, light, bright and airy.  My livingroom is my favorite room.  I get the light from the big livingroom window and the light from the doors to the deck and diningroom windows on the other side.

My home is very open...our family room, kitchen, and dining room all face the Bay....they all are my favorite places to be in my home. 

We have a screened in outdoor kitchen with a big dining table just a few feet from our dock..that is my favorite indoor/outdoor room.

I have two favorite rooms. The first is my dining room and the second is the master bedroom. Our dining room is just so pretty. It' s subtle glam and I love it! Our master bedroom is just so relaxing and I have flameless candles all over the place.

Mr favorite room is really an "outside" room. We covered the patio and can enjoy it for about 5 months if not too hot. There are chairs, a sofa, Barbara King footstools, a fountain, hummer feeders, birds and squirrels to watch. Hubby wanted to screen/glass it in and make it more of a 3 season room, but I chose not to. BIG MISTAKE. He won't do it now. Love being out there with nature and so sad when we cannot use it after fall. Inside, my favorite room to decorate is the dining room, but not be in.

I don't know that  have a favorite room but I do like to spend time in the master bedroom reading.  I have a big comfy chair and ottoman in the bay window area and it's a  very relaxing place to spend time getting lost in a good book.
