In January I purchased a 55' television and when it arrived it was defective. (it would not stay on) I immediately called and made an arrangement for its return and a new one to be delivered in its place. Now here is where it gets crazy! Rather than replacing this TV, the representative ordered a new one, and of course, collected a second payment from my account. I called numerous times to rectify this and it has not been done!!! Recently I was assured they would not be taking out any money for the defective TV, (that I no longer have) but guess what? I just checked my account and once again it was taken from my account!!! So bottom line, I am making payments on a TV that I have never used and has returned, while still paying for the new delivery.
