A rustic residence. i love the stairway and there's a detailed picture of the fireplace area... Spartan decor, but sort of nice...

I like the neutral colors, the clean simple lines of the room and furniture.

I don't mind darker stonework on an exterior though.

It's an interesting room, some of it I like, others, no.

IMO, the modern left side of the room doesn't match the right except the unfinished ceiling that looks modern to me. It's stark white vs natural colors.  Modern vs farmhouse...barn...traditional.  Looks unbalanced.

Closeup photo of the fireplace area is more appealing. 

Overall feeling is not for me.  Room too bland for me.

The room has great bones.  Needs some accessories for a pop of color.
