I like the lighter colors and fresh patterns.  Nothing is too dark, which can be a concern with wood paneled rooms.

It looks like a very comfortable, livable room.  I could curl up and read a book there easily.

True, @lolakimono ,  and what a handsome room!  Just for my personal taste, I prefer paneled walls in which the orange tones have been tamed a bit more.  For some reason, when wood tends more orange, it becomes a little too "insistent" for my taste-- I can't explain it!

But with a somewhat softer wood tone, I'd love a wood paneled library like this!

I like the fresh colors too @lolakimono  and it is a pretty room.  I don't care for the green sofa. I can't put my finger on it but something  feels off to me with the furniture,  I like the patterned chairs and the rug but the other pieces are not pleasing to my eye. Style, scale not sure.

@lolakimono. Something just seems off.  I don't care for the metal table.  The style of furniture is nice, but, the colors and prints seem off with the paneling.  Not a fan of the chandelier.

I was thinking the very same thing. Light a fire in the fireplace, get a nice cup of hot tea along with a good book and just settle in. The paneling really works in the is room as it brings an element of cozy.

I don’t like it at all.... too many colors/prints ... not for me 👎

Love the wood paneling but dislike the pastels, the effeminate coffee table, and the chandelier.

I don't normally like wood paneling either but this is a very warm comforting wood.

@lolakimono

I'm glad they lightened up the room with softer colors; otherwise, the room would be way too dark & unwelcoming.  That being said, I'm not a fan of paneled walls that make the room too formal.  The chandelier adds to the formal feel.  A casual room for me is more welcome.
