Maybe one day mine will arrive. It's lost in the universe and no one knows. The vendor dropped the ball not QVC. QVC is going to try and resolve. Glad everyone is liking their pillow. I am always looking for that perfect pillow.

@SilleeMee --only slept on it once---it didn't feel hot to me---the stuff inside is in a separate pillow cover with a zipper, than is inside another one with zipper --a really nice one and then you put your own case over that. It feels cool to the touch---

@Beammeupscotty --no the pillow is filled already but comes with a tube of extra poof. It looks way to puffy but it feels wonderful so I slept on it as is. Have to say, I didn't see the whole presentation so not sure what the one you mentioned is for--I got the queen sized reg shaped one. Maybe it fits around your shoulders better ?? don't know

@We rescue cats --I got the queen sized one---the regular type pillow. It was on sale for $59.99 when I ordered it.

Wasn't the famous My Pillow, that was so popular at one time, bits and pieces of memory foam scraps? I tried it and though it was horrible; gave me a bad neck pain.

I have a molded pillow that gives great neck support, which I need.

@I am still oxox --no, it is already filled up. But it is vacuum sealed so you need to put it in the dryer for 40 minutes to expand it. When that is done, it is very fluffy. It also comes with extra fluff in a tube. I tried it just the way it came out of the dryer--and for me, it was great. You can take out some of the filler or add more to it.
