I think it is a temporary problem and they will be back. I think there was an issue in the warehouse and the stock had to be scrapped. I work for a large company with many warehouses and know things can happen. My order is in advanced sale status. If there was no chance it would be filled, it would say canceled. Until then, I have faith it will be filled.

Just sat and listened to the QVC host and guest put down and demean Luminara and "other" candles that for "a lack of words....looks cheap"

I RESENT you knocking something that you gladly sold to me when you carried the brand!!!

I expected a LOT better from QVC, and hope someone reads this and makes appropriate changes.... otherwise I will always wonder if they will be knocking my next purchase if/when they no longer carry that brand

If you go to the Luminara Realistic Flame Effect Candle on Facebook, they just posted regarding QVC. Seems extremely unlikely that they will be back. They are directing customers to other places to purchase. Very disappointing. ??

I like Luminara candles, but won't lose any sleep over them not selling on QVC. There will always be something better.

I didn't hear the hosts dissing Luminara. However, if so, the hosts are the ones that should be reprimanded.

Think the Q's thought behind knocking the flame on the luminara is to try to convince us that we want "their" candle and that is the one to buy. I agree with Tom from Ca. If they are not going to be selling it anymore, just let it go and don't do any comparisons. And why would Luminara come back if they have heard the put downs by the Q hosts.

I am sure that the Q made a pretty penny from all the Luminara we consumers purchased from them .

I agree with you. I think something happened with inventory or a warehouse issue. I also have a waitlist order which QVC specifically sent me a letter saying they did expect more stock & would keep my order unless I wanted to cancel.

Thank you so much for sharing the email you received from Luminara. Nice to know that they will be in local stores soon. I have a Kohls close by and with the coupons and no s&H, hopefully they will come close to the price that we pay at the Q.

I don't need any right now but you know how it is when you find out no more are available at a reasonable price just in case you need one. Kinda like the car sitting in the garage and not needing it but boy, if you don't have it there, that is the time you need it.

Makes me angry every time I think about it....I have spent a fortune on these candles from the "Q".....do not know what their problem is....so stupid....you can get them on Amazon....I'll give them my money...you would think at this time of year they probably sold more than ever....I was searching yesterday for them for gifts and realized they were gone....omg , really mad here....

My 2 Luminara Churchill Lanterns were delivered yesterday and they are beautiful. I got 1 in black and 1 in ivory. I have 1 in my kitchen and 1 in my family room. I also received 2 Solare candles and really like them. I replaced 2 Candle Impressions candles on my Mantle with the Solare candles and it is an improvement....my hubby even noticed.
