There’s probably someone out there who could use this in such a way that I would think , wow why didn’t I think of that ?  But as is , it’s a.....no thank you for me.

A children's hospital in Ann Arbor, Mi., using something similiar in a children's area, for when a patient is to weak to be mobile, but needs to have the body in motion for some time.  

 

The circus also use to use something similar, that a person could get in to and stand, and  go around in a circle for entertainment.
