The room is beautiful, but I don't "get" the steers.

 

Ahh ha!  An afterthought - - maybe she lives on a ranch.

@RinaRina  I think she's channeling Georgia O'Keefe.  You apparently aren't familiar with her.  She did many paintings of cow skulls.  In her honor I have a ram's skull with fancy horns on one of my walls.
